Only what you send us through our forms: your name, contact details, wilaya, the model or service you are interested in and your message. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your request: confirm a test ride, reply to a question or prepare a quote. We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on a form.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your request and follow up, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you.

Who can see it

Our team and, where needed, the authorised dealer or partner handling your request. Form submissions pass through our form-processing provider, which acts on our instructions. If you choose to send a request on WhatsApp, it is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@potensiamotors.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Browser storage

This site keeps a small flag in your browser for the length of your visit so the opening animation plays once. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
